Our team was responsible for designing and creating Folderly Core. Folderly Core is an AI-based email deliverability platform designed to help users improve the delivery rate of their emails.

I was the sole UX writer on the team and was responsible for all the copy within the product and documentation, including:

• Headers
• Body copy
• Button text
• Labels
• Hover copy
• Tooltips
• Product name and lingo
• Technical documentation
• Creating the UX Style Guide
• Welcome email sequence

📚 UX Copy Style Guide

1️⃣ Overview

Before working on the copy within the product, I was tasked with creating a UX copy style guide. The purpose of this guide is to provide a reference point to ensure that the brand’s voice and tone remain consistent throughout the product and deliver the right message.

The style guide I created includes the following:

• Writing guidelines
• A word list defining the vocabulary users will come across within the product
